Return Period

You may return or exchange your item within 7 days after receiving and trying the product.

Size Exchange

Need a different size? No problem.

  • You can exchange the item for another size within 7 days.

  • The item must be unused and in resellable condition (clean, undamaged, with tags and original packaging).

  • Size exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We will cover return shipping costs in these cases.

  • A clear photo of the issue may be required to process your return or replacement.

Return Shipping

  • For standard returns or size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of lost returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exceptions
